Three things before the first cup
Most places charge for these separately, or skip them. Here they come with every session at no cost, because they are what makes the hijama itself work properly — and you can book the massage cupping and red light therapy on their own if you would rather not bleed.
In-person consultation
We sit down and talk through your health, your symptoms and any medication you take. That conversation decides where the cups go, how many are needed, and which method suits you. Different medications call for a different approach.
Electric massage cupping
Cups are worked across the back like a massage, loosening tight muscle and bringing circulation to the surface. Most people say this is the part they'd come back for on its own.
Red light therapy
A few minutes under red light to warm and relax the area before any cupping begins. It leaves the skin and muscle far more ready than going in cold.
The hijama itself
Only now do the cups go on properly. Ten dollars per cup, and you'll know the number, and so the price, before anything starts.

Men & women
Separate practitioners, separate areas
Modesty is not an afterthought here. The space is partitioned, and you are treated by a practitioner of your own gender, always. Families come together and are seen separately.
Hasina, female practitioner
Certified, with over ten years of practice. Women are treated by Hasina in the women's area, behind a closed partition. No male practitioner is present.
- Post-natal and fertility work
- Elderly and first-time clients
- Mothers and daughters together
Ahmad, male practitioner
Men are treated by Ahmad, an experienced male practitioner, in the men's area: same method, same hygiene standard, same $10 per cup with everything included.
- Back, shoulder and sciatic pain
- Physical and manual work strain
- Fathers and sons together
Clients come in with
- Migraines & headaches
- Back, neck & shoulder pain
- Sciatica
- Chronic fatigue
- Poor sleep & stress
- Fertility support
- Menstrual & hormonal issues
- Post-natal recovery
- Muscle strain from work
- General detox & wellbeing

Where the cups go

Your visit
What a session actually looks like
If you've never had hijama, the unknown is usually the hardest part. Here is the whole thing, start to finish — or read the full guide to what hijama is if you want the background first. Worried about the circular marks? They are not bruises, and they fade in three to seven days.
- STEP 01
Before you come
Drink water the day before, sleep well, and come two to three hours after a light meal. Wear loose clothing, and bring a list of any medication.
- STEP 02
Free consultation
A proper conversation about your health, symptoms and medication, which decides where the cups go and how many you need.
- STEP 03
Massage & red light
Electric massage cupping across the back, then a few minutes of red light therapy. Both free, both before the hijama.
- STEP 04
Hijama, then rest
Sterile single-use cups and blade, $10 each. Light circular marks fade in three to seven days. Rest, stay warm, drink water.

Hygiene, without compromise
- New sterile blade and cups, opened in front of you
- Single-use gloves and disposable couch covers
- Clinical waste disposed of to regulation
- Room cleaned and reset between every client
Why hijama
More than a treatment. A Sunnah kept alive
وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ
“And when I am ill, it is He who heals me.”
Surah Ash-Shu'ara · 26:80
Chosen by the Prophet ﷺ
A practice he sought himself and recommended to others, carried through generations of Muslim medicine and still practiced the same way today.
Relief you can feel
Most clients notice pain ease and energy return within a few days, particularly with headaches, back pain and long-standing fatigue.
Modesty protected
A practitioner of your own gender, a partitioned area, and only what needs to be uncovered. It is why so many people travel here rather than to a mixed clinic.
Honest pricing
Ten dollars a cup, counted in front of you, with the consultation, massage cupping and red light therapy given free. No packages, no upselling.
“After years of migraines I finally had a month without one. The massage cupping and red light beforehand made the whole thing far calmer than I expected.”
Aisha R. · returning client “She sat and asked about my medication before touching anything. Ten dollars a cup and she told me exactly how many I needed, with no pressure at all.”
Fatima K. · first visit “My wife saw Hasina and I was seen separately the same afternoon. Both of us walked out lighter. We go every few months now.”
Bilal & Maryam · regular clients
Questions
Before you book
Still unsure? Message directly. She'd rather answer ten questions than have you arrive nervous. There is also a longer plain-English guide to wet cupping, covering aftercare and who should avoid it.
How much does it cost?
Hijama is $10 per cup, and nothing else is charged. The in-person consultation, the electric massage cupping and the red light therapy are all included free. The number of cups is agreed with you at the consultation, so you know the total before anything begins.
What is included in a session?
Three things, all free, all before the hijama: a proper in-person consultation about your health and medication; electric massage cupping across the back to loosen the muscles; and red light therapy to warm and relax the area. Then the hijama itself at $10 per cup.
Do you treat men as well as women?
Yes, both, but never by the same person. Women are treated by Hasina, a female practitioner, and men by Ahmad, a male practitioner, in separate partitioned areas. No man works on a female client and no woman works on a male client.
I take medication. Can I still have hijama?
Often yes, but the method changes. Different medications call for a different approach: how many cups, where, and how long they stay on. This is exactly why the free consultation comes first. Bring a list of what you take.
Does hijama cupping hurt?
Most people describe a firm pulling sensation rather than pain. The incisions are superficial and made with a sterile single-use blade, lighter than a blood test and over in seconds. The massage cupping and red light beforehand relax the area, which helps a great deal.
Should I fast before hijama?
Come lightly fasted. Two to three hours without a heavy meal is ideal. Hydrate well the day before and go easy on caffeine that morning. If you are diabetic, mention it when you book.
How long do the marks last?
Light circular marks are normal and usually fade within three to seven days. They aren't bruises and are rarely tender.
How often should I come?
Every three to four months suits most people for general wellbeing. For a specific complaint, a short course two to four weeks apart is often suggested, then spaced out.
