Why people travel across Queens for it
Hasina trained and certified in the classical method of Sunnah cupping and has kept to it. What ten years changed is judgement: knowing which points to use for a headache that starts at the neck versus one that starts behind the eye, how long to leave a cup on someone who bruises easily, how the approach must change for someone on blood thinners, and when to say plainly that hijama is not the answer and a doctor is.
It is also why nothing here starts with a needle. Every session opens with a free in-person consultation, a real conversation about your health, your symptoms and your medication, followed by free electric massage cupping and free red light therapy. Only then does the hijama begin, at ten dollars a cup. Most places charge for those first three things or skip them; they are the reason the cupping itself works as well as it does.
Sessions are booked with space around them. Nobody is hurried out to make room for the next appointment, and nobody is sold cups they don't need. The count is agreed with you before anything starts.
“I would rather turn a booking away than take a risk with someone's health.”
